Taylor is driven by a deep passion for serving his community and uplifting others. His unwavering determination brought his vision to life in 2016 with the creation of RAWW, a lifestyle brand dedicated to health and wellness. His impressive track record includes co-founding The RACC, a thriving gym in Port Orchard, and earning the “Best of South Kitsap” award in the fitness category twice. Taylor's leadership and impact were further recognized when he was nominated for Leadership Kitsap’s prestigious 20 Under 40 award, celebrating influential business leaders under 40 who are shaping their communities.
With relentless dedication, Taylor continues to inspire his clients and expand the reach of the RAWW mission, helping people achieve their best selves.

ASHLI PAYNE
RAWW Hoops Director | NASM Certified Personal Trainer | Player Development Coach
Ashli, a proud Bremerton native, is deeply committed to giving back to her community. Her passion lies in empowering women through health and wellness while mentoring young female athletes who dream of excelling at the next level in sports. A former scholar-athlete at Olympic High School, Ashli’s talent on the court earned her a spot at Umpqua Community College, where she was recognized as Freshman of the Year and League MVP in consecutive seasons. Her success led to a full-ride athletic scholarship at Eastern Washington University, followed by a professional basketball career spanning several European countries and Australia.
Through her journey, Ashli has gained valuable life perspectives, focusing on what truly matters. She remains enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge and experiences to inspire and uplift others.

CARTER WILSON
Player Development Coach
Coach Carter, a standout athlete from Queen Creek High School in Arizona, was a four-year varsity basketball player before continuing his journey at Arizona Christian University in Phoenix. There, he earned the honor of being named team captain during his final two seasons. After relocating to Washington in 2020, he quickly joined forces with Coach Taylor and has been an integral part of the RAWW Squad ever since.
Coaching and training athletes of all ages is Carter’s passion. He finds immense joy in witnessing their growth—both as players and as individuals—through the game of basketball. His mission is to foster this development while raising the standard of training across the Kitsap Peninsula. With his kindness, positivity, and dedication, Coach Carter exemplifies the values of RAWW, serving as an inspiring role model for the youth.
