ASHLI PAYNE

Ashli Payne is a proud Bremerton native and a driving force behind RAWW Hoops. She empowers youth through basketball, health, and mentorship, building confident athletes and strong leaders across the Pacific Northwest.

Coaching & Development

When she wasn’t competing overseas, Ashli was on the floor training the next wave. She has coached at the high school level, developed athletes from youth to college, and studied highly effective player development systems around the world. Now retired from pro ball, she leads RAWW Hoops with a clear focus on fundamentals, mindset, and purposeful growth.

Educator & Mentor

Ashli serves as an educator at Catalyst Public Schools and brings the same intentionality to the classroom that she brings to the court. Her mission is simple: learn, lead, and lift others.

TAYLOR NEAL

RAWW Founder | Personal Trainer | Athletic Trainer | Nutrition Coach | Basketball Development

Taylor is driven by a deep passion for serving his community and uplifting others. His unwavering determination brought his vision to life in 2016 with the creation of RAWW, a lifestyle brand dedicated to health and wellness. His impressive track record includes co-founding The RACC, a thriving gym in Port Orchard, and earning the “Best of South Kitsap” award in the fitness category twice and Best Trainer in Kitsap in 2024. Taylor's leadership and impact were further recognized when he was nominated for Leadership Kitsap’s prestigious 20 Under 40 award, celebrating influential business leaders under 40 who are shaping their communities.

With relentless dedication, Taylor continues to inspire his clients and expand the reach of the RAWW mission, helping people achieve their best selves.

MEGAN FLEMISTER

Player Development Coach | Registered Nurse

A standout at Central Kitsap HS Girls' Basketball and Seattle Pacific Womens Basketball, Megan Flemister made her mark as one of Kitsap County’s most accomplished basketball players.

At Central Kitsap, Megan earned Narrows League MVP and First Team All-State honors in 2006 after averaging 15.6 points, 8.9 rebounds, 3.9 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game as a senior. She helped lead the Cougars to the state tournament in 2005, highlighted by a 25-point performance in the opening round.

Continuing her career at NCAA Division II powerhouse Seattle Pacific University, Megan was a key contributor during one of the most successful eras in program history. SPU went 99–19 during her career, captured multiple GNAC championships, and advanced to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight.

After college, Megan earned her nursing degree through the University of Washington’s accelerated BSN program and has worked as a registered nurse for over a decade. She’s thrilled to give back to her hometown community through coaching. Megan lives locally with her family and two dogs, and enjoys being active and outdoors together.
