RAWW HOOPS Development Club

Our Development Club is a membership-based basketball program offering year-round, open skill training for boys and girls, paired with girls-only team play opportunities. We provide accessible, flexible, and high-quality training to the Kitsap County community while intentionally investing in girls’ basketball and building confidence, resilience, and connection through the power of sport.

Train with RAWW

Development-First. Competition With Purpose.

RAWW is about development and preparation for the future - not just on the court but in life. With that said, we are firmly devoted to teaching our players the importance of resilience, community, and teamwork as well as the work ethic required to make their dreams a reality.

We are a development-focused basketball club, not a traditional select program. Our primary goal is to help athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, basketball IQ, and a love for the game in an environment that prioritizes long-term growth over short-term results.

While we do not operate under a win-at-all-costs select model, athletes who demonstrate readiness, commitment, and growth will have opportunities to compete at higher levels. Competition is used as a tool for development—not the definition of success.

Team Play Opportunities

Team play opportunities are exclusively for girls as part of our commitment to investing in women’s basketball and creating more space for girls to compete, grow, and lead through sport. Team play for girls provides focused investment, leadership opportunities, and meaningful competition aligned with long-term growth.

  • Team play opportunities are ONLY offered to girls who demonstrate readiness, commitment, and growth

  • Opportunities may vary by season, age group, and developmental stage

  • Our philosophy is designed to expand access and opportunity—not restrict it

  • Girls may still participate in skill training without joining a team and regardless of team affiliation.

  • To be considered for team play, athletes must go through our Evaluation process.

  • Evaluations occur seasonally in alignment with the AAU calendar to maximize exposure opportunities. Athletes are continuously assessed throughout the season, and placement may change as they develop. Our goal is to ensure every player is challenged, supported, and set up for success at each stage of their journey.
