GROW WITHIN. RISE WITH US.

RAWW is about development and preparation for the future - not just on the court but in life. With that said, we are firmly devoted to teaching our players the importance of resilience, community, and teamwork as well as the work ethic required to make their dreams a reality.

We are a development-focused basketball club, not a traditional select program. Our primary goal is to help athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, basketball IQ, and a love for the game in an environment that prioritizes long-term growth over short-term results.

COMPETE.

Team play opportunities are exclusively for girls as part of our commitment to investing in women’s basketball and creating more space for girls to compete, grow, and lead through sport. Team play for girls provides focused investment, leadership opportunities, and meaningful competition aligned with long-term growth.

  • Team play opportunities are ONLY offered to girls who demonstrate readiness, commitment, and growth

  • Opportunities may vary by season, age group, and developmental stage

  • Our philosophy is designed to expand access and opportunity—not restrict it

  • To be considered for team play, athletes must go through our Evaluation process.

  • Evaluations take place on a seasonal basis, aligned with the AAU competitive calendar to maximize peak exposure opportunities. While formal evaluations follow this cadence, our coaches continuously assess and challenge athletes throughout the season. Placement is earned and may evolve as players grow and develop. Our goal is to ensure every athlete is appropriately challenged, fully supported, and positioned for success at each stage of their journey.

ACCESS & OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL.

RAWW Hoops operates using a three-tier development model designed to meet athletes where they are and support long-term growth. Athletes are evaluated and placed based on skill level, work ethic, coachability, and overall commitment—not just current performance.

Our tiers include Building, Rising, and Warrior.

  • Building focuses on individual skill development and foundational training.

  • Rising supports athletes working toward the next level, offering increased training intensity and exposure to competitive environments.

  • Warrior is for athletes ready for higher-level competition, including structured game play and tournament participation.
