If you are interested in joining our Girls' Development Club, simply schedule a training session with us BEFORE MARCH 1ST to be considered for the Spring and Summer 2025 season.

This session will allow our coaches to assess your athlete and determine which team or training group would be most appropriate for their current level and goals. They will be either Competitive or Development. We will then direct you to our new player registration form to officially be a part of the club.

D - Development Player: Development players are individuals who have the desire to play at a higher level but need more time refining their fundamentals. These players will be invited to train with the club at the same discounted rate. **We want it to be clear that it is okay if players do not have a desire to play at higher levels, or if they play with other teams. Players are welcome to train with us, regardless of their goals or team affiliations.

Important Note: The opportunity to practice & play with the team is not guaranteed however this may change based on how the individual progresses with their training. While the focus is on skill-building, nothing prevents you from striving for a competitive spot, and our coaches are committed to supporting players who put in the effort. Development Players must pay the New Player Registration fee before March 1st in order to be considered for a Competitive team.

C - Competitive Player:  Designed for players ready for higher levels of competition. 

You are a direct representation of RAWW, (considered a RAWW Athlete) and will be held to the highest standard. Competitive players must consistently work hard to maintain their positions. Includes training, team practice & game play.

Although forming competitive teams is part of what we offer, our primary focus will always be on player development and mentorship.
